Dev is a seasoned business owner, disability advocate and a confirmed adventurer in his approach to improving the lives of others. As a person with a disability himself, his lived experience deeply informs his work in this space, along with his 16 years’ experience and counting of directly supporting individuals with complex needs.
Dev’s career began in the corporate sector, with degrees in law and accounting, before he entered human services to pursue his passion for making a difference in people’s lives. He holds various educational attainments related disability in addition to his Diploma in Community Welfare.
Outside of professional life, Dev is a family man, with three kids and a dog to keep him busy! Recreationally, he enjoys everything from mediating to skydiving, with travelling and being nature among his favourite pastimes.
Anna is a qualified developmental educator, sensorimotor psychotherapist and certified grief educator. Her journey through the landscape of disability began as a mother supporting her daughter with complex needs. Anna now has 25 years of experience behind her, across government and non-government roles, which have honed her expertise in compliance, quality assurance and safeguarding. Intimate with the transformative power of imaginative, adaptive and meaningful services, Anna is committed to walking alongside participants, their families and all important people in their lives, to support them towards realising their best and preferred versions of themselves.
In her downtime, Anna enjoys painting, walking, yoga and spending time with family and friends.
